Dr. Lobe completed his undergraduate degree at The George Washington University where he graduated majoring in zoology. Furthering his education he graduated Cum Laude with his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1975, giving him over four decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his Medical Degree he completed his surgical internship and general surgery residency, where he was chief resident with the Ohio State University Hospital.
